Reserve Your Lot

It's time to reserve your lot!

 

Please let us know up to five of your top lot preferences in the form below. In the event your top choice is taken,  you will be put on the waitlist for that lot and we will move on to your next choice. After you submit the Lot Reservation Form, here's what you can expect next:

 

1.  Within 48 hours, you will be notified via email with your confirmed choice, which will move the lot status from "Available" to "On Hold."

 

2.  You will also receive a separate email with our Lot Reservation Agreement via AdobeSign. You will need to follow the steps in this email in order to e-sign. If you would prefer a pdf version of this document that you can print and return to us, please let us know.

3.  You have 3 business days to make your $5,000 refundable deposit that will be held in escrow via check or electronic funds transfer (EFT). You can either mail or deliver your check to the address below. If you are not in the Tulsa area, please contact us to coordinate an appropriate time frame.

4.  After we receive your Lot Reservation Agreement & escrow check, your lot status will move from "On Hold" to "Reserved."
