WHO WE ARE
Brad Hoffman - Owner/Developer
I was born in Moore, OK and went to OSU where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and met my wife, Amy. We moved to Branson, MO where I worked for 22 years in land development, master-planned communities, home design, mixed-use developments, retail, residential neighborhoods, and resort projects. After moving to Tulsa in 2016, I have had the privilege of helping develop and build four amazing neighborhoods with Spectacular Homes throughout the Tulsa and OKC areas. Drawing from my 29 years of experience, I am now focusing on luxury downsizing developments and new home construction.
I strive to lead with vision and excellence to produce a one-of-a-kind product and forever home for buyers with high expectations. I understand the value of balancing economics, culture, environment, and creativity in our projects and conveying this to buyers. This experience has given me keen insight into development design, home design, economics, project standards, zoning, marketing, and all aspects of what makes a project successful.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our 6 wonderful kids. Our life is full of sports, cheer and band events, family corn-hole competitions and enjoying whatever fun activity the weekend brings. I also enjoy hunting, fishing, being in the outdoors and traveling. I am very blessed and thankful to have such an amazing family, as well as a highly talented and hard-working team of people at Spectacular Homes.
Tim Earnhardt - Construction Manager
I am from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Besides building houses, I spend a lot of my time preaching the gospel. I have been in the home building industry for 25 years. I serve as the construction team manager and have the honor to oversee the construction side of the building process alongside an extraordinary construction team.
Wes Copes - Construction Superintendent, Tulsa Area
I’m a proud 3rd generation home builder with over 25 years of experience.
I enjoy the entire construction building process of taking a buyer’s vision and making it a reality. Scheduling, communication, experience, and teamwork are a few of my strengths. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.
Tony Frank, Construction Superintendent, Tulsa Area
I have been in the home building business since 1987. I grew up in Northwest Oklahoma (Woodward) and graduated from Oklahoma State University. After getting married, we moved to Tulsa in 1993. I love to hang out with my kids and grandkids. Summer weekends are grilling and hanging out at the pool. My winter fun is snow skiing. I’m involved with the construction team. We supervise and schedule all phases of the construction process for each uniquely built Spectacular Home.

David Goodson - Construction Superintendent, OKC Area
I was Born in Edmond, Ok. In my spare time, I like spending time with my family, fishing, watching and playing sports. I am the Construction Manager for Spectacular Homes. I work on Edmond and Oklahoma City projects. I also help with developing the land for our future neighborhoods. I have been in the construction industry helping build homes in the Edmond and Oklahoma City area for over 17 years. I would love the opportunity to build your forever home as well!
Jacob Hoffman - Sales Manager, OKC Area
I'm from Branson, MO. I love all things outdoors! Some of my favorite outdoor activities are duck hunting, fishing, hiking, swimming, and lake days with friends. My role in the company is to help you pick a Lot that works best for you as well as help design a one-of-a-kind plan that fits your unique lifestyle! I have been helping people in this industry for 3 years and look forward to working with you!

Chanin Cutsinger - Sales Manager, Tulsa Regional Area
I was born and raised in Muskogee, Ok, yes, I'm an Okie-from-Muskogee! I attended Northeastern State University & Victory Bible College and have lived in Broken Arrow since 1992. The things I enjoy most are spending time with the Lord, my seven-year-old son and my family. When I'm not at work, you will always find me doing something with my family or attending my son's sports events! I love traveling, camping, exploring the great outdoors and anything OU!
I've been in the new home construction industry for 20 years. I've helped families in over 50 communities throughout the Tulsa region, as well as offsite builds on private land. Lorri Williams - Sales Manager, OKC Regional Area
I was born and raised in the heart of Oklahoma. As a devoted mother of three, I
understand the importance of creating a comfortable and personalized living space that

My background is in design and I have spent the last eight years helping individuals and
families discover their perfect homes in the Downtown Oklahoma City area.
Stepping into my new role at Spectacular Homes, I want to turn your dream home into a
reality because as they say, home is where the heart is.
When I'm not working, you'll often find me enjoying quality time with my family, playing
board games, hitting the golf course, or attending live music events.

Tonnie Wainscott, Sales Consultant
I was born and raised in Centralia, Missouri but I have made Oklahoma my home since 1999.
My journey in real estate began in 2007, and I have loved it ever since. At Spectacular Homes, my mission is to help you find the ideal homesite where we will design and build your dream home.
I love helping homebuyers become homeowners but when I am not busy helping clients with this very important purchase, I like to spend my time gardening, hiking in Green Country, or biking along one of the regions’ many trails.
Travel with my poodle Bogey is also high on my list of past times. My favorite destination has got to be Nashville, where I get to visit with my beautiful grandchildren.
Kelsey Chenoweth - Home Design Specialist
I live in Broken Arrow currently, but grew up in Claremore, OK. For fun, I love any outlet where I can be creative and spending time with my husband and 3 boys! You can usually find us at the baseball field or watching OSU football and baseball (GO POKES!). I am a Design Specialist for Spectacular Homes! I have been in the home design/construction field for 7 years. My favorite part about designing homes is getting to know each buyer and their story. I get the honor and privilege of helping our homebuyers create the ideal floor plan to fit their specific needs!
Amy Cook-Henegar - Interior Designer
I'm from Tulsa. Lucky for me... I like my job for fun! I enjoy all things design and construction. I also love time with my family. I help clients in the design process of their homes...the fun part! I have worked in the design/construction field for the last 19 years. I truly can't imagine anything else. I love what I do!
Taya Andrews - Interior Designer
Hi! I currently live in Bixby. I’m married to my husband of 25 years. We have 2 daughters and are recent empty nesters. I enjoy spending time with my family and doing all things “home” related from decorating to re-decorating, cooking, gardening and even do it yourself home improvement projects. I previously taught Family and Consumer Science and for the past several years, I’ve been in real estate- so when I say I LOVE all things home related- I’m serious! I am part of the design selections duo. I take great pride in helping our clients make their home look like they have dreamed about!
Ashley Wire - Design Manager
I’m from the great state of Minnesota (Minneapolis). I love to spend time with my family, they are my life! We love being outside and doing activities from playing sports, doing art activities etc. to traveling and discovering new places together. I also love to cook and spend a lot of time in the kitchen trying new recipes or making favorite recipes for the family. When I have down time to myself, I enjoy reading and drawing. My focus is on the design of the home from outside to inside and bringing it to life! I would say I have a part in the building process from start to finish, mostly behind the scenes making the clients dream happen! I contribute most of my time to the beginning phases of a project, working through the design with sales and making sure the drawing set is complete for construction. The other part of my time, I collaborate with the construction team and visit with them on site to make sure the homes are being built with the design intent of the drawing sets. I have been in the design industry for 9 years. A little over 7 of those years were focused on commercial design and almost two years of being in residential design.
Drew Curley - Accountant
I’m from Wagoner, OK. I enjoy spending time with family, friends, Buster (my cat), and love watching #35 play for the Red Raiders (Texas Tech) on Saturdays. I have been part of the accounting/financial side of the building process for over 5 years. I oversee our accounts payable, accounts receivable and loan departments. I work closely with our clients, trades, vendors and banks throughout the building process. I also set up and help manage all HOA’s until they are turned over to the homeowners. Lastly, which is the exciting part, is working with title companies to orchestrate closing homes and turning over the keys of each of our Spectacular Homes to our amazing clients.
Amy Hoffman - HR Manager & Accounting Assistant
I was born in OKC, lived in Branson, MO for 22 years and moved to Tulsa in 2016. My favorite things to do are anything that involves spending time with my husband and our 6 kids! You’ll find me at my kids’ sports and band events a lot of the time. My role with Spectacular Homes is behind the scenes in assisting our accounting department and managing our human resources department. Being married to Brad for 29 years has definitely given me a lot of insight into the land planning and housing development industry.
Nicole Earnhardt - CoConstruct Manager
I am from Broken Arrow, OK. In my free time, I enjoy family nights with my kids and husband. My role with Spectacular Homes is the CoConstruct Manager. I make sure all the information for the houses we are building is up to date and that all files are available for our trades to build an amazing house. I’ve been with Spectacular homes since December 2021.
Jonathan Sheets - Accounts Payable and Construction Estimator
I grew up in Florida (go Gators!). During COVID, I moved to Tulsa with my three corgis. I spend a lot of time with family and doing active hobbies like biking, weightlifting, and sports like pickleball. My college degree in Organizational Management and my work experience as a financial analyst, commercial loan specialist, and assistant project manager in the residential and commercial construction industries have given me a wide range of tools that I bring to Spectacular Homes. My role at Spectacular Homes is working in Accounts Payable and Construction Estimating. I do admin work on the back end to make sure your home building experience is a breeze!
Josh Reese - Construction Assistant
I was raised in the heart of OKC. When I’m not working, I like to spend time with my kiddos and family, fishing, sports, and fixing things. My role with Spectacular Homes is Construction Assistant. I work to punch out homes before closing as well as scheduling warranty work with contractors. I’ve been in the construction industry for 6 years and I've done little bit of everything when comes to building beautiful homes.
George Berry, Construction Detailer
I am from Tulsa. I enjoy fishing, mountain biking, and going to Airtopia with my daughter.
My role withSpectacular Homes is Construction Detailer. I make sure all the details of your home are in perfect working order and the punch list is complete before you close on your home. I’ve been in the building/construction industry for 7 years.
